Edward McCain combines a love for photography with his desire to help others improve their ability to express themselves visually. An Arizona Highways contributor since 1988, McCain has a long history of teaching photography, including creating the award-winning CD-ROM Photography Workshop – Sponsored by Canon. Since earning his degree in from the prestigious University of Missouri School of Journalism, majoring in Photojournalism, he has been recognized with numerous awards including the Gold and Bronze “AHA” from Arizona Highways Magazine, The Award of Excellence from Communication Arts Magazine and has been nominated for The Governor’s Arts Award and the Arizona Arts Award for artistic excellence. McCain has also been exhibited in numerous galleries including the Tucson Museum of Art and his work is in the Snell & Wilmer Collection and the permanent collection of the Harry Ransom Center at the University of Texas, Austin.
